MantPro Solutions, as the party responsible for the processing of personal data, makes this Comprehensive Privacy Notice available to data subjects. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), its Regulations, and other applicable provisions in Mexico.

MantPro Solutions does not sell or rent personal data. MantPro Solutions will respond to requests within the timeframes established by applicable law. Where appropriate, data subjects may also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

8. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

MantPro Solutions does not use its website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect individuals. If this practice changes, users will be informed in advance.

9. Minors
